The 34 year old mother of two walked her final runway show of her career for designer Colcci at Sao Paulo Fashion Week yesterday Wednesday, April 15th. Her husband NFL star Tom Brady, who watched her catwalk for the last time took to Facebook to express how proud of her she was. What he wrote below...
